Forever 21 Cream Floral Cutout Sleeve Dress

This beautiful springy dress is very flattering. Sheer floral print with big pink flowers. Sleeves reach the elbow with cutouts and elastic around the bottom.

The top has elastic around the shoulders. Sheer tie at the waist. From the store, this piece's inner liner is sewn in inside out. It isn't noticeable while wearing, and can be fixed but I didn't want to spend the time. Black lining, button closure with elastic on the inside wrap. Snap closure across the other side near the bust.

Fabric wrap to cinch into the right spot.
